We are a short walk to the green belt and Chaparral Park! Great for biking, jogging, tennis, kids play ground, and more. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Access to the entire home except for owners closets where we store cleaning supplies and linens..

Chic and dazzling, every room will be your favorite. A modern open concept living makes it easy to relax and entertain. Two double sliding doors seamlessly unite inside with outside. The backyard oasis is outfitted with a "lounge couch", chaise loungers, giant sun-shade, backyard games, grill, wine/beer fridge, and additional seating areas. Inside, you'll find designer touches throughout. A spacious primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated just off the main hallway. Three additional bedrooms, (all equipped with luxe finishes and bedding) are ready for your guests! The incredible living space features a wet bar with TV, oversized dining table, incredible chef's kitchen, and cozy living space. Smart TV's make this home "smart" to enjoy all of your favorite entertainment. This home's unbeatable location is just minutes from the best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping that Scottsdale has to offer. Catch an Uber or a scooter and you're back home in minutes. *Pool can be heated upon request (November to mid-May) with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $200 for the minimum, and any additional days will be $100 per day. This is a very large pool and takes about a day to get up to temp, because of this we require a 2 day minimum.
